In the event a patron, attending a performance at the Morris, needs to be contacted due to a life or death emergency, please contact the Emergency Event Line: 574-235-5900. (Please note: this line is NOT for use for any reason other than a critical emergency).
Box Office Hours on Event Days:
Monday - Friday: The Morris Box Office opens at 10:00AM and remains open through intermission*. Phone lines remain open until the end of normal hours of operation.
For a double-show day: Box Office closes after intermission of the second show*. Phone lines are turned on at the end of the first show's intermission and turned off two hours prior to the second show.
Sunday Performances:
The Box Office opens at 10:00AM when a matinee is scheduled or, at 2:00PM when only an evening event is scheduled, and remains open until the end of intermission*. Two hours prior to the event time, the phone lines will be turned off.
*Please Note: For events that have no scheduled intermission, the Box Office will close at the beginning of the last scheduled performance.
Ticket Info:
The Morris Box Office accepts cash, check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard or American Express as payment for tickets. Check payments are accepted up to 10 days before the performance. Ticket orders purchased over the phone by credit card within 10 days before the event must be picked up at the box office.
In accordance with ADA regulations, handicapped seating not sold 24 hours before an event will be released for general sales.
No Refunds or Exchanges.
Cameras, camera phones, audio, video, and digital recorders, paging devices and cell phones are not permitted in the theater. Smoking is not permitted inside the theater.
