Order Online

To alleviate any questions if your tickets are legitimate or not, we recommend you purchase tickets directly through eTix, the official online ticket provider of the Morris Performing Arts Center. When you purchase from an outside source that is not regulated by our staff, you run the risk of tickets that are counterfeit, over-priced, and aren’t guaranteed to be replaced. We want you to have an enjoyable experience at the Morris, starting with your ticket purchase!

Apple Wallet and Print at Home

We’re making it easier for you to keep track of your tickets. With Apple Wallet, you’ll be able to save your tickets directly to your phone. Another option is our Print-at-Home ticketing. This gives you the opportunity to print your purchased tickets at your convenience. No more waiting in line at will-call!

TICKET FEE INFO

What is a convenience fee? A convenience fee is a fee placed on every ticket ordered over the phone or internet to cover the additional costs of those services. The amount of the fee is prorated based on the cost of the ticket.

What additional costs? Examples of costs for our phone and internet ticketing services include staffing, web hosting, ticket service provider fees, phone service and toll free number fees, labor, credit card company fees, and others.

What is an Order Fee? The order fee is a $5 fee placed on all ticket orders that represents an average cost of extra materials and processes for all ticket purchases. (such as shipping, ticket stock, printing costs, stamps, and intangible operation costs).

What is a Historic Preservation Fee? The Historic Preservation/Facility Fee is a $3.50 fee that is added to the face value of each ticket sold at the Morris. This fee is redeemed and deposited in the Morris General Fund, which supports the operations and maintenance of the Morris. While the Morris is owned by the City of South Bend, it operates as an enterprise fund, which means the venue is self-sustaining and requires revenue from building rental and ticket fees to continue operations.

Please Note: The convenience fee is only charged when you purchase tickets via the website or over the phone and is not charged when you purchase tickets in person at the MPAC Box Office.
